Redesigning an OC. I drew some inspiration from Swahili culture for her concept.

Before I vanish into the void, I leave this updated version of Mega Man X: Unit 49's first cover art. The second pic is the 2015 version, the first big illustration I ever made, no wonder it was a mess.

The part that's cut out is me drawing the sketch, taking a picture of myself with a broom in the pose then recreating it with CSP's model so I could change the perspective.
Also, the blades in the back ruined the pose, so I opted for the thorns.

I took a few creative liberties on the design, as per tradition.

Reploid Lightning, Equilibrium Armor

The shield now represents her crystarium's rose, the valkyrie helmet alludes to goddess Etro's, both keeping the shapes of Odin's horns and blades through the adorments. The spine-shaped arm covers now serve as cannons.

Next old OC in line is the "Earth Titan". His abilities were likely inspired by Gaara and Shukaku's tailed beast mode, but instead of sand he could materialize and manipulate rocks at the cost of becoming a demonic golem.
