Ocean: The fact that the circumstances of one's birth denotes their entire position in life & society. A b*stard can rarely rise above their station. Most b*stards end up working in brothels like myself since it's one of the few ways we can make a living.

Ocean: *shakes his head* Life is never going to change for me if I am lucky and continue to work hard. I dread change b/c the only change that could possibly happen to me is the negative kind. People like me don't experience positive changes or happiness.

Ocean: I honestly stopped counting. I know I am over 101 years old b/c that's the standard age of consent for boys here & when I was old enough to legally work in a brothel. And I believe I turned 101, at least a few decades ago, perhaps longer.

Ocean: I rarely have free time. I work every night to earn my keep. When I do have free time, though, I like reading plays.

Ocean: *shakes head* I don't have a family. I have never had a family. My mum died shortly after giving birth to me and I never knew my father. I have been alone for as far back as I can remember. Honestly, I am not certain how I even survived infancy.
