Finished one of my two #fanart depictions of the new Super Saiyan forms, courtesy of one @MasakoX The lovely #SparkingJoy for Goku. Decided to go with a more traditional, non-weighted clothing look since I kinda thought it rhymed well with the happy feeling of this form. Enjoy!
