There are other Japanese artist books I’d like to get, but I’m afraid someone in the US might just license them after I bought them.

Regardless, it is cool to hear Akio Otsuka in an #Evangelion film. The voice of Black Jack and Batou in Evangelion?! How Anno knew about one of my favorite Japanese VAs, I will never know.

@CBCCPodcast Bruce Timm doing more art commissions of the anime series, Neon Genesis Evangelion. I’d like to see him draw other characters from the show, since he’s already drawn Rei and Asuka.
