New OC for my verse!

She's 'Francine Turner', a 20 y/o, main mechanic of Scarlett's hero HQ. She's kind, an unofficial mentor, and a hero who uses a mech. Her powers are just standard electricity, but only uses it to power up her mech more, if needed.
