I hear it's customary to add my OC's powers too.

I'll skim through less focused abilities, like superhuman characteristics, aura/energy control and time ability resistance via cover/merge fully with their aura.

Special move lists, for both Base and Ultimates for my duo so far.

@CyboticTwist For a few, in order:

Jade (or Thirteen) - Luck/Destiny Manipulation and can increase chances of landing critical attacks.
Scarlett - Mainly Reaper themed. Her red aura can heal or damage souls, and become explosive.
Lord Vermillion - Unclear, but it's a theme of Hell/Punishment.
