Happy to share this painting I made for a game company around a year ago!
Carl Gustaf Hellqvist (1851 – 1890) was one of Sweden's most accomplished historical painters in the 19th century. Powerful compositions that do not lack narrative or detail.
I revisit many paintings after I first finish them.
After a while, I disconnect from the finished piece. I spot mistakes, they begin nagging at me. If I see problems, other people will see them as well, and It is then I begin the long process of revisions.

Happy to share this painting from three years ago, ''Khazar Of Iyesi, a prototype for my worldbuilding.
This is one of the first paintings where I was trying to find my artistic voice. The painting has attracted many career opportunities, as well as licensing for games and film.
Happy to share this painting I made for the Beyond the Black Sea Collector's Edition RPG by Epiphany Entertainment; A Bronze Age lovecraftian horror setting.
It was fun to be comissioned to paint complex action scenes again, let me know what you think,
All the best,

Today I would like to share the art by Tom Lovell (5 February 1909 – 29 June 1997), one of my favourite illustrators.
His dynamic work, strong narrative and powerful subject matters never cease to amaze me.
Happy to publish this painting from a few years back for the first time.
I was comissioned to paint this piece for the cover of Free RPG Day for a DND supplement, depicting the syndicate leader Zara Harlowe with her victim on the ground.
Today I would like to show my appreciation to American Illustrator Walter Hunt Everett (1880–1946). His use of color, strong shapes and unique choice of composition inspire me greatly.
