i still really love this one. it is called "present from earth". you had the option to save the finished brushes-works in the original size or up to 6x zoom (still sharp, guess because of the resolution the ipod touch itself used).

it was so relieving to not have the option to create layer after layer. a weird analog-digital-hybrid-thingy. really addicting back then and i got really used to it. i liked it more then using my wacom back in the time.

i really loved the diversion compared to photoshop and what i was used to do day-to-day. that small screen in your hands, getting really warm after a while and your fingertip doing all the work, instead of a pen. this one is called "niko".

today i found my old ipod touch again. i loved painting on it back in 2009 with my left forefingertip, using the apps "pollock" and "brushes". ten years ago. time flies! the first versions of had no layers, but already a great time-lapse feature.

finally had the time to finish this. my personal inspired me again. 😁 i try to post a wip gif too. a lot of stuff changed during the process. maybe i'll do colours later on. i think your private eye spider-spy has a new movie release coming up!

old thesis stuff from 2013. comic book prototype for "ROADSIDE PICNIC" covers and some pages. still a dream to finish this one day and get it published. this project means a lot to me.
