in the end, they always want to "challenge the BL genre" and wanting to be different :(
people can meme it all around, calling it a "CCA gundam/BBB but less gayer" or making jokes about its "direction"
sorry anything can't replace this deceased franchise in my heart :(
my biggest mistake that makes my drawing never evolves is coz I always draws thing as "symbols", not as a "3d object"
it's like drawing a henohemoheji on a flat surface, which was the reason why my drawing never evolves ☠️
note I'm not an expert on art and there's tons I had to improve, but these fundamentals I listed (shapes being the first) sorta gets me out from the "newbie" hell
it's like that one equip in a MMO that makes it so easy to grind through levels and "ranks"
Buildings in large BGs can be broken down into several blocks too. Imagine a box or other shapes with the windows+texture as a wrapper, then you line them up in a floor plan
honestly the biggest obstacle was me being lazy to draw patterns (you can copy paste it in digital)☠️
however if you see this pic, you can slowly break down some of the elements. The flower in the front, the flower patches going towards a single point, the parts on lower left that makes the soils, etc
