A trope in animation that I hate is when the show gives a plus size female character a deep voice to defeminize or belittle them. I like a lot of these characters but this feels mean spirited.

Rick & Morty as of Season 4 does not have a reoccurring Black female character but there’s a few minor characters- Mrs.Pancakes. While she is interesting she’s a one episode side character who only says one line.
