Remember when people were saying that Overwatch was gonna be the "Team Fortress 2 Killer"?

I find it baffling that a game as large as Overwatch is shutting down its servers. Meanwhile TF2 hasn't had a major update in over 5 years, and yet it SOMEHOW outlived Overwatch
