Reading through the Yuyuyu s2 tokuten VN now. This line hits hard after the events of s2 ;_;

Read through everything out for 君と綴るうたかた, it's very good. It's an extremely intimate story about making amends for past wrongs that is bolstered by really carefully worded dialogue and highly effective art/paneling.

Ok I bought Guilty Gear Strive and played it for about an hour. Here is the objective review I'm going to post on my professional game journalism site:

May is beautiful and perfect, 100/10

I finished the 灼熱の卓球娘 manga tonight

It ends up being a pretty weird series. It reads less like a single cohesive storyline and more like a collection of loosely connected stories showcasing distinct characters + relationships. Each ping pong match is like it's own 読み切り

Finally cleared Ys8 tonight. Took about 60 hours total.

To be honest, it's a really weird game. More than anything else, it's a giant pile of fairly disjointed content that's inelegantly mashed together. But at the same time, it's fairly pleasant to complete that content.

The Shakunetsu Takkyuu Musume manga has 50+ page chapters stuffed with dense paneling and impressive art, but the mangaka doesn't even have any assistants. God damn.

Also this art of Hanabi and Hokuto at the start of v3 is really cute.

A complete 5 volume oneloli series about the relationship between a JK and a JS. It takes a strikingly honest look at this kind of relationship, so it's not going to sit well with a lot of people. But it's pretty cute if you're ok with a fictional look at this concept.

It took several hours of grinding, but I beat Irisu on Bunny Extinction (no consumables). Probably the hardest boss I've beaten in a long time, but very satisfying. Got to do half the avoidance on 1hp lol.

Kind of wish I was recording, would be nice to have a video for this.

Played though Blaster Master Zero over the past week. Not a bad experience if you just want a love letter to a beloved classic NES game, with mindless but satisfying NES grinding to match. But if you want a game with modern quality map and encounter design, then look elsewhere.

Wataten v4 starting off with some high quality content.

I'm pretty sure this volume already goes past the anime, which might explain why the anime's pacing gets so ponderous in later episodes.
