@tanya_stagg @lizziebooks Many of the folkloric characters in Japan 'evolve'. Majicarp is based on the magic fish which transforms into a dragon that then leaps the dragon-gate at the end of the world. And majicarp evolves into gyrados the dragon. A carp transforming into a dragon is a common motif.

We have homemade Jaffa Cakes again! This is recipe 3 in our quest to make them perfect. One of our customers has a birthday today and said he might pop in; he's a fan of Lee Child's work and also likes Jaffa Cakes so we made these for today, for him to try. 🤗🍊 #BakingBookshops
