IT WORKS
I got the FBX hooked up to a Control Rig, got Mocap retargeted, and it bakes to IK for cleanup

Lotta trial and error to get here but this is totally proof that my Maya Method WILL work here

I'm so stoked, I can finally start mucking in #Blender3d with Animation
