Basically it's a red panda of snow, who draw arrows with his bamboo.
The scarf is to remember the cold and the leaf of a bamboo.
In the sketches, we can see that his tail can grow and camouflage him; it also can hide his bamboo inside.

Here my mersona, half fish(narwhal) / half human.
I don't really know if the color fits because its a little paler that the comics..
So basically, this character hides himself with a hat( not showing his corn) and a cape (for his tail).
