I painted this in August and didn't even see how much the field looked like fire until I saw it tonight and looked at it and immediately thought of the fires here in August. I really was making vent art without realizing it.

Thinking about the sheer creativity of 2019 as I scan from last year. I made so many outfit designs and characters I love. I can see the stark difference in creative thought between 2019 and 2020 now that I see 2019 (this is 1/10th of what I scanned and there's so so much more)
