I wonder if we have to be patient and act reasonably when we grow up.🤔Mental distance is difficult… We can be patient with each other and become discerning and suspicious of the other.😢It's very difficult to find the right state of mind.😖

大人になると我慢して理性的に振る舞わないといけないのかな🤔一方で、近い関係になると我慢せずに言いたい放題になるのも違う気がする。距離感が難しいからか、お互いに我慢して相手を忖度したり疑い深くなることもある😢ちょうどいい状態ってなかなか難しいね😖

It is common to have an uneven relationship where one person says whatever they want and the other person just puts up with it.😖 Even if the relationship seems to be balanced, it may be overloaded and overwhelmed, so I don't know if it's actually peaceful or not.🤔

片方は言いたい放題、片方はひたすら我慢、という凸凹な関係性ってよくある😖もちろんお互い言いたい放題で喧嘩したり、我慢しすぎて疑心暗鬼になるのも違う。でも凸と凹が重なって、一見均衡が保たれているようでも、負荷がかかって無理が生じている場合もあるから、実際に平和かどうかはわからない🤔

I think to get results at work, you have to have a sense of ownership, but it's hard to actually connect it to your life goals.😖We should think more internally what we can do with our performance!🥳I'd like to think about how I can be active and shine.✨

仕事で成果を出すためには、当事者意識を持つことだと思うけど、実際に自分の人生目標と繋げて考えるって難しい😖労働環境などの外的要因を考察するのではなくて、もっと内的な、自分のパフォーマンスで何ができるか考えたら良さそうな気がした！🥳自分がどうやったら活躍して、輝けるか考えたいな♪

People might say, "It’s a piece of cake,"But I don't think we should push them into the framework of common sense.Everyone has their own strengths and what they are good at.💖I think we can make the strongest team by doing what each of us is good at and recognizing each other.✨

「普通できるでしょ」「常識でしょ」って言ってくる人っているかもしれない。でも一般常識の枠組みに押し込めてはいけないと思うんだ💖誰にでもその人の良さがあるし、得意なことがある。それぞれが得意なことをして、お互いに認め合うことで最強のチームができそうだね✨

If you want to raise your self-esteem, I think the shortest way to achieve this is to do what you love.✨ I feel that being somewhat dexterous in your work doesn't bring much sparkle to your life. Find something that you are good at it! I think this mind will change a little!💖

自己肯定感をあげたい！効率良く物事を進めたい！これを叶える最短距離は、好きなことを仕事にすることだと思う✨仕事をなんとなく器用にこなしているって、人生における煌めきが少ない気がする。小さいことでもいいから、得意なことや好きなことを見つけて、高評価されれば、少しは変わるかも💖
