Dunno how I feel about the Main Antagonist of One Piece Stampede. On one hand he's basically anime Brock Sampson; beating up super powered weirdos with his bare hands. On the other hand he dresses like a nazi which is lame and uninspired. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@the_jieb It's something you see a lot in vampire characters, probably for that very reason. Black/purple and red with some kinda unnatural skin tone.
