I created this class when I was at a crossroads last year: I was offered a position to teach at my old art-school and once I looked back at my own art-school journey I decided to decline the position and create a class with content I WISH was taught instead.

If you dont study anatomy, no matter how stylized your work is, there will always be a disconnect. Practice makes perfect, but in my opinion, practice also gives the confidence to break out of the mold & make creative decisions that will become part of your identity as an artist

Soaring in style has been out in the world for 2 weeks now. I had the freedom to unleash all my shoujo-fashion-loving-influences on this book and bring Amelia Earhart to life my own way. I'm so lucky for the opportunity.
