Imagine if the first two episodes of Season 2 are actually a prequel about Thordak destroying towns like Byroden and we get to see Sovereign Uriel's dad commission Allura and Kima's old adventuring party to banish him with the help of the Fire Ashari.

@thebeav20 It is, but Dark Horse published a short story for Free Comic Book Day 2020 titled Animals that acts a as a prequel tie-in to the Dalen's Closet one-shot, the post-campaign epilogue to Vox Machina. It's about people in a Whitestone tavern recounting the exploits of the party.

Just need for Dark Horse Comics to announce and reveal the covers of the Caduceus, Beauregard, and Essek graphic novels for The Mighty Nein Origins series so that I can finally know true peace. They're all going to look so good together, the Nein deserve to have nine comics.

Hey, so if any new Critters have finished Season 1 and want more of Vox Machina, then be sure to pick these books up! The first three are comics, the fourth is a twins novel, and all four take place before the events of the show (in the original canon).

Random request but I'd be so happy if Dark Horse picked up Cloven: Bloodlines and declared it Critical Role canon because I'm disappointed that Kit Buss didn't make a cameo or guest appearance as Lillith during the banquet in Episode 3. Kit was an important part about Campaign 1.

Should Vox Machina Origins adapt The Terror of Tal'Dorei or skip over it? On one hand, they're both seperate continuities and maybe the former can do it in its own unique way with six issues. But on the other hand, the cartoon already adapted that storyline in a big way onscreen.
