This is my favorite type of anime.

I have a deep fondness for pointing out that Netflix's Castlevania is far from a masterpiece but at least what we got there was ten times better than any live-action movie that almost happened could achieve. Very curious about the animated Dracula's Curse movie with Grant though.

One of Netflix-Castlevania's biggest crimes as an adaptation was for Warren to completely disregard Lament of Innocence beyond a painted cameo of Leon. Lisa was the reincarnation of Dracula's true first love, Elisabetha, back when he was still human. Death gave him his power too.

Castlevania has a lot of games available on the PS4, to my great fortune, but these four are the games that I want most on the platform right now. The last two are sequels to games, Bloodlines and Aria of Sorrow respectively, which are already out on the console.

@joestarserina The opening title is so weird about this. The games simply explain he was there at her side, but she told him not to take revenge on humans. Here, you see important past events like Trevor's excommunication. With Alucard, it's more symbolic or something? But it's so inconsistent.

I kinda get this feeling that Powerhouse wants to do a trilogy with Castlevania because of how much they and others really love Alucard, a saga that jumps 300 years at a time. That's why they skipped Leon, Christopher, Simon, and Juste. And you know what? I can respect that.
