An this as an afterthought.

As I said before, Gururumon -> Moosemon feels kinda nice to me, I like the flexibility of the armor level.

Swanmon is an interesting case, I think it works pretty well as both Adult and Perfect (although it's appearence may be kinda weak for the latter), it's asociated as Sinduramon's Adult, works well with Sirenmon, and it could work as Venusmon or Fros Velgrmon's Perfect.

Bitmon is nice, it works as an Adult for Andiramon (Deva) it even has a scarf.

I'll skip Swanmon because I need more space to talk about it. And Kabukimon is a nice Adult, it ties well into Digimon like Lilamon, Doumon or Blossomon

For me, Lynxmon is set in stone as an Adult, since it is a rival for Garurumon, and it has that Deva connection with Mihiramon, nonetheless, Tailmon's Armor are kinda difficult since it's an Adult using Armor evolution... all of them could easily be Perfects.

Tocanmon works great as an Adult, is generally shown as a weak Digimon and it look nice evolving into Digimon like Digitamamon, Delumon or Peacockmon... the latter I consider a perfect, since it's profile puts it in par with Delumon and it's a Digimental of Miracles Armor.

Moosemon is kinda deified, and it has great skills, so I think it works great as a Perfect level, the blades on it's back kinda reminds me with it's color scheme of the ones Gururumon has.

Harpymon is a wonderful Adult, it works great with Hippogriffomon, Shutumon and Silphymon.

As I said before with Honeybeemon, Flybeemon (and the other Kunemon Armors) seem pretty solid as Adults for me.

Orcamon is pretty much an Adult... but it's design has some substance, I definitely could see it as a Perfect like this.

Rukamon -> Orcamon -> Surfimon.

Shurimon works well as an adult... but it's design screams Perfect for me, Ninja Adults are everywhere, and I think this adds variety (Also adding the Xros Wars Shurimon here).

Allomon undeniably an Adult, since it's Tyranomon's rival

While Rinkmon is pretty much an Adult... it's speed is really impressive, I think it could fit as a Perfect quite well.

Holsmon an Adult, as I said before with Sethmon.
