This character design assignment was to design three characters and put them in a scene together!
I wanted to use some characters I’ve made for “Locke’d”, one of them I’ve previously designed (as seen in my latest post) and the others were new designs!

I created this as my final project for character design last semester, but I’ve been working on this idea for quite some time and I’m glad to finally have it all written and drawn out somewhere!

Here it is! My dream project that I’ve been developing since 7th grade, “Locke’d”!

For my latest character design assignment, I was asked to design a superhero with super strength and draw him in specific poses. Meet Buff-alo! I was inspired by the character All-Might from the anime My Hero Academia and a cape buffalo! I’m actually pleased with the turn out!

I was inspired by the movies Princess Mononoke and the Secret World of Arrietty and created a cast of tiny warriors!
I’ve been working on the development for this story, so this won’t be the last you’ll see of these guys!

One of my recent character design assignments was to create a lineup of four human characters, all wearing the same uniform, and an animal companion, but I twisted the assignment a little to use an idea I’ve had stuck in my head for a while.

@MissJazzDaFunk Hello! My name is Avery, but many also refer to me as Locke! I’m a freshman in college studying animation! I hope to have a future career in animation and even create my own shows, movies, and series!

My most recent character design assignment was to create a basketball player who is having trouble making the shot! My professor helped us by doing draw-overs of each of our designs to show us how to improve them! Take advantage of draw-overs, because they are extremely helpful!!
