its far from done
but it's coming together nicely

There is a power increase, no drastic increase like let's say Kaioken or SSJ1, but strong enough that people around her can feel it
It often happens when she is focused on something or in a good mood

But don't piss her off when she has that white hair

Fun fact

Shiba often changes into her Yokaitsu form (the white haired one 2nd image) out of pure boredom to watch the color of her tail change
It's like second nature to her using that form that sometimes she changes into it subconsciously while doing the dishes for example
