Shiba's Little Sister who is able to use the lightning element by causing friction in the atmosphere with her Ki
She is very arrogant and sometimes single minded ever since she "unlocked" this power
She calls herself "Thunder Queen"

Fun fact

If you threaten people she cherishes, Shiba has no problem with punching your abdomen, grabbing your spine and torturing you to death
She also will make sure it's as painful as possible in some cases turning that person to ash from the inside of their body
