Just how big is the goods station at the harbor supposed to be? It runs under the road and presumably the girder bridge from the Kenney illustrations in the first post. And the view of Thomas watching the engines from the Other Railway pass by appears to be looking West
Trying to figure out the placement of everything in the Knapford Junction, namely the tracks to the harbor below
So what you get is a loco roughly stronger than Henry, but Henry still has the edge over James in terms of braking power and a larger reserve of steam to draw upon(225 psi boiler). You could still put James on heavy trains like the Kipper or the Express in a push, though.
Art trade with @drinkin_drawin : A humanized George. I didn’t mean to make him look like Big Bob from Hey Arnold with thinning hair lol
@clickclacktrack I like to look at this line through the lens of not only the events on the Skarloey Railway, but also Edward’s Exploit, and let’s not forget when he and Stepney hauled a heavy express train when another diesel had failed once upon a time. To say nothing of the “Close Shave”

See the light of the night train, the fire glow from the night train. Hear how his whistle blows(wooo-oooo)
