I do love how all of my recent Pokémon playthroughs have involved me falling in love with a Grass type, and doing loads of doodles of them:
Turtup the Torterra,
Crimscrunch the Appletun,
Disconut the Maractus,
I have grown to love all three so much!
I think it would be real cool to see post-Gen 2 Pokémon on this style, but maybe it feels so special because it's only those originals. It definitely helps these early Pokémon stand out (like this cool Nidoking art)!
The watercolour style the earlier generation Pokémon official arts have is so good, I've always loved these versions, Sugimori really snapped with them!
like would you trust a non-canon baby to give you surgery? a star? 3 frail chestnuts on top of each other? a LITERAL CORPSE?
HOW CAN YOU GET MEDICAL HELP FROM A DEAD PERSON???
Bonus: very quick from memory Kirby! This was just a warmup for the Beam Kirby but I like it enough to post as well.
A Kirby I made whilst I was sick! I used some different techniques for this than usual, does he look better with or without the lineart?
Here it goes! Pokémon Pearl playthrough thread!!! This is a recap of all of the drawings I did to show the "storyline" of the playthrough I did a few months ago.
@Huedenne no I love them! its just that everyone else in that photo is all smiles and these two are just mad a hell
in celebration of Fire Emblem's 30th anniversary, here's a drawing of my favourite character from the series, Fae!
thank you to the series for being with me over the years, I'm glad it's receiving the love it deserves!
@ZacDoesNotTweet it's like, almost entirely your samples but includes a few random music tracks from a game jam game I made about a rat
they somehow both merge together in this accidental meme folder
you also have an artist page (but I don't have all of your albums yet)
