IMC: blue and white and gray. Generally ‘cleaner’ designs, fitting of their corporate military background.
Militia: Earth-tone brown and dark green, with some muted orange. Somewhat scrappier, with visible patches and rags.
Very distinct, both in terms of gameplay AND aesthetic!
@Raddsurfer That was also dumb, but I would argue that “having an entire moon crash on you” is a better death for a fan favorite character than “getting stabbed by your kid for a plot arc that is, in itself, a weaker version of an already-weak plotline you rendered not-canon just to copy it”
Playing TW Saga: Troy makes me wish that there was a RPG (or a JRPG?) that took place in a Bronze Age-themed fantasy setting.
I didn’t even know about the existence of a 0.5 armor tier, and all the weird hoops you had to go through to get it.

I still remember when Total War: Warhammer got announced several years ago and a lot of people questioned the decision to move from history to fantasy, only for it (and its sequel) to be so successful that Creative Assembly is afraid to make a TW game WITHOUT fantasy elements now
