Quite possible one of Teletoon's most non-stereotypically "Teletoon" originals. And definitely one of the more openly/blatantly "Canadian" Canadian cartoons.
Bet none of you knew Principal General Barrage (plus Lucius Heinous VII in J2S and Four, Five, and Seven in Seven Little Monsters) also wrote some novels.
My brother read the Hamish X books back when we were in middle school; told me they were wicked funny.
These four late 80s/early 90s cartoons were the first signs that Nelvana was truly a force to be reckoned with when it came to animated TV shows. In some ways, I'd argue they paved the way for the studio's future TV greats like 6teen, Clone High, Delta State, and Detentionaire.
@CoreRiff Alright, Imma give this a shot.
Course, there some others I could mention: Weird Years, Urban Vermin, Hoze Houndz, Pig City...
@Theolivepit04 These shows are all banger, but I would like to take the time to also remember these guys.
