I don’t doubt how good cardio and weight lifting is when it comes to exercise. I completely agree that these things are important.

Ever since I’ve been doing more yoga, I honestly can feel a difference with my body becoming stronger. (Plus it helps prevent my back pain)

Heyoo. I go by Leah since that’s my fursona’s name :). My fursona is a desert maned wolf which is my own ‘branch’ of leggy. I’m an art and design major. I love playing video games, baking, spending time with my bearded dragon, Solaire, and being with my husband :)
