About the fang, they added it as it seemed they would. As I said before, I don't really support this change, but at the same time it fits part of her personality, appearance, and the vibes she generally gives off. And she looks cute and overall great with it anyways, so I take it

Here she doesn't have the green and red above and below her eyes as in the key visual or in the op, but since she does have them there, there should be no problem. Her eyes are simplified but they fit the anime style better this way. They are more reddish in the op. I love them

Her earrings are so nice here. They looked beautiful in her scene from episode 6 with the lighting. And her ears are indeed pointed as they seemed they were going to be. They are not supposed to look like that but it's not an important change anyways so I'm totally ok with it.

Her hair is exactly as it should be. Her lateral locks might be a bit too long but that's not significant. They went with her frontal lock being black which is great and what I expected. Her white one looks sooo good and I love it so much. A perfect score here.

I obviously don't expect it to look exactly how it does in the novels if there's a scene later in which she moves and we can see it completely cause it's actually pretty complex, but overall I like it a lot, I love how it looks on her.

Now, starting with what we could call her crown. I'm actually surprised cause they seem to have kept a little of the structure it has behind the lock of hair that hides it. It's "horns" are simplified and don't curve before ascending but tbh they aren't always like that anyways.

Ok. Since they were so kind to release Ariel's anime character design with ep 6, it's time to do an appropiate comparation of it with the LN one and talk about it. I'll mostly use her illustration from Volume 4 for this since it seems to be the one on which they were based here.

Since today is Valentine's Day, and even if this one is not about that kind of love, here is my favorite relationship between two characters of all time. I love their interactions and development together so much I can't put it into words. They are the best combo ever.
