6: New layer above Black, set to overlay, called White. Like before, use a regular brush and white color to paint in highlights and enhance the form. Set opacity to get desired contrast. Staying objective about the light source will lend to the believability of the character.
5: Now I create a new layer above Mid, set it to multiply, and call it Black. Like previously, I set the opacity of this layer to a lower setting and begin to paint in all the places light would not hit. Places where two objects meet/overlap, downward-facing surfaces, etc.
Playing @Warcraft for the first time ever. My dwarven warlock drawn and inked traditionally, colored in Photoshop for quick practice. #WoW #WorldOfWarcraft
WiP of the first design of the character I've decided on for my first #DnD game! She's a keeper. Wild Elf Shaman, Hae'ytel.
Some practice today that was out of my comfort zone in more ways than one. Brainstorming beastmen characters for an upcoming #DnD campaign.
Practice from today in yet another attempt to find a quick and presentable color method. I like the chataracter. The product, not so much.
I am at odds with myself and my decisions in life so have a WiP while I try to get over this existential stoic bs.
