This is a scene from Young Offenders! where our heroes get put through the multiversal meat-grinder by an intergalactic death god.
We're currently raising funds to print our first arc in paperback: https://t.co/a9GVEMB8WE
We all agree that Rogol Zaar is cool, but he could be cooler if he had different forms that he turned into so he could fight Superman. Like, he's big but what if his most powerful form was a sleek little guy?
Brisson and Walsh were a team that really activated me to a certain type of indie comic as a teenager.
This is pure comics. The kind of stuff that gets you ripped to the gills on the page as a construct.
@shadiaminart Thanks, Shadia!
I'm a writer who has published comics for both adult and YA audiences, and my first MG graphic novel is being published next year.
I'm currently developing a pitch for a YA romance graphic novel with swords + forbidden love + Irish mythology. Email in bio.
I hope @nedlazaruswolfe doesn't mind me sharing a preview of this, but I'm really excited about it...!
This short comic is called THE NINTH STEP:
MADNESS has 10 days left to raise $310 so that we can print it!
The god Dionysus is reborn and journeys across the USA and into the Underworld.
Rewards include print/digital copies of the book and two foil prints.

People are gonna go ape for when @mikejbecker and I drop the TPB for Young Offenders...
3 issues with 90 pages of comics restructured for an OGN presentation plus tons of insight into Mike's process on the designs and pages?
With the right distribution, it'll blow up.
If you read and enjoyed The Scent of May Rain, this book is a pretty direct follow-up to that one in a lot of ways.
