Gipins are commonly sorted between four groups: domestic, pedigree, working and cattle.

Domestic gipins, like this one. can be trained to perform working tasks like herding, retrieving and hunting - but lack a working gipin’s size, strength and stamina. But they’re enthusiastic!

Introducing the gipin! One of Vergagia’s two most popular pets. Baby household gipins have historically been given to newly-married couples as a wedding present, so when the couple have their first child the adult gipin may feed the baby its nourishing, vitamin-rich milk.
