These fair and green isles have close to eleven thousand miles of coastline where the forces of nature and the influences of man are constantly changing them. I love the Tidelands, a glimpse of the sea. Life happens on the edge.

What's left behind of the cover crop. Looking towards Lady Ann's Drive from the drift... it's a delicate balance of conservation and agriculture. This year, I've noticed marshes flooded to feed the migratory birds, so happy to share.

The wind has a force all its own. Often, when I walk along the waters edge the waves gentlly lap each other. On days like this, the sea is very green, the waves just hop into the air. Ever-changing. Surface and depth.

Ready for wondrous?
Not bound by the laws of physics. Looking for something more. Gravity is a force, yes... but so is wind. It carries us away, overriding laws of gravity.
Intimacy, hope, creativity and trust; that's what I'm after.
