Panic attacks 😱

Feelings of dread and fear are a common symptom of menopause. Sometimes the unsettling feeling that precedes a hot flush can mimic or trigger panic attack. It's important to know, this is not uncommon & you can get help. Don't suffer in silence, visit your GP.
