Raven's model. He somehow got 2 heads. Bottom right one seems to be the one used in game. Bottom left might be what they use in a CG where they need him to have a drastically smaller head. As I thought, the character pipeline changed after Johnny's model in sign.
Another important thing I didn't mention: How they do animations. They use a low poly and high poly models. They do the animations using the low poly model and then project the high poly models on it. On the left, the low poly. On the right, the real model.
-The arcade game seems to have been somewhat rushed. Leo and Sin's models are fine. Especially Leo. Elphelt's model is terrible though. That's what makes me think that Elphelt was meant to be playable on arcade in february 2014. Overall she got 11 models. (9/?)

Studying Xrd right now. Updated Valk's face to make it work with cel-shading both far and close. I REALLY dig that effect I got on the forehead and mouth. Had to remove pretty much anything on the cheeks though. Eyes and sockets are placeholders.
