I think the last of the good obscure ones were the early 2010's.
It also kinda explains why Lost Song and High Rise Invasion are probably some of my most favourite anime of recent years, they emulate that weird mid to late 2000's anime energy that I liked a lot.
@TheRealDonEast Oh yeah, and Shaggy is hanging around with another dog.
You know what I'm posting:
@KevDGrussing It's weird, too, cause Nick has a character like Luna Loud who has a similar look.
@jonesbrent570 Remember when it had a cartoon, too?
RANDOM ACTOR TRIVIA!
Luisa from Encanto shares the same VA with a GTA V character named Mimi.
I just learned that Cle Bennett is Battlestar in The Falcon & Winter Soldier.
Dang, that's another Total Drama voice actor making it big.
@courtenaytaylor I'm sorry I cursed your team...
@Th3VProducti0ns @MS06SZakuII Same VA as Cosmo from Sonic X's third season, too.
Amy Birnbaum is underrated as HELL.
1. Amphibia
It’s funny how this show was, for a while, the hottest thing out there from its “controversy” from how scary it’s second season finale was, but the fact that it’s TV premiere ended with a trailer of season 3? Really made waiting 2 weeks for it worth it.
4. High Guardian Spice
I like weird stuff, this is weird, it kinda embraces itself about it, I cannot respect this enough. Instantly likeable characters, awesome LGBT+ representation, and actually some solid action sequences.
