the best Disney villains (comments are going to be interesting…) https://t.co/1p0JdDiZDg
@Abbii_the_simp @butchjpg The thing is, that’s how she’s supposed to look. The “old-school Disney” style is both realistic and unrealistic Yes, Anastasia has less realistic features than Cinderella, but they make it where it doesn’t stick out. You just accept it. This is the film’s reality, not ours
@butchjpg There’s a bunch, but the one that came to my mind first is how in fanart people depict the “fourth” sister from that one Powerpuff Girls episode as looking “normal”. I feel like it both misses the point of the character and makes it that physical deformities are “ugly” or “gross”
@MationMiss tough choice. Also why are ALL of these disney
Here’s an example from both ends. Again, CN is not perfect, but at least they make some sort of effort into creating a design from scratch MOST of the time. Nick just takes the easy way out. Sad, but unsurprising given their severe creative drought/nostalgia pandering
Hey I remember this, it was on a collection of 90s-2010s shorts WDAS did. My personal favorite was always this one https://t.co/D0LiXdZgw8
Goofy and Pluto are both dogs
