Just hanging out and a fan of all the Mega Man (mostly Battle Network). Also working on @mmbncx and @rockmanexezone. Drawings repost allowed with credit.

The best thing Keiji Inafune has done as producer for Mega Man is saying BN1's art was too cute, so for BN2 they simplified them and cranked up the coolness and style to an 11.

I love the EXE series has 3 different readings for the same kanji: Chou Juuka, Beast Over, Chou Beast Out

It makes me happy we’ve moved passed the “we can’t advertise the game the same way as Japan does, Americans think differently!”

MMBNLC marketing 100% embraces the JP covers, Eguchi as spokesman in person, & we got the original JP anime subbed instead of just not posting ep. 1.

Due to certain circumstances, in this episode of MegaMan NT Warrior, Lan will be played by Light Yagami from Death Note.

There was some ppl that tried to upload AI upscaled images on Mega Man wiki and we had to undo every single one. Like, did they use their eyes for 2 seconds, is making the hair jagged and line work smudgy actually better than the source? https://t.co/9kUek4kFq6

Japanese streaming site summaries for the Rockman EXE summaries use the same 2 decade old summary from TV Tokyo's website, so it uses weird & outdated terms like "D-Area" and "R-Rockman".

Also still talks about R-Rockman in episode 20 Axess even though Netto doesn't transform.

A cool art upgrade in Axess are the backgrounds now being in 3DCG. Not only sell cyber feel better but gives the show’s look an identity boost.

Whether it’s the new art director (in anime means lead background artist), or S1 team carryover wanting to give it a try, it’s neat.

Found out that prime video japan has the higher resolution screenshots for Rockman EXE Axess and the Beasts. Glad to find they managed to fit some of my favorite frames of the episodes.

Interesting, Rockman EXE episode 31 has the updated Barrier chip art from Battle Network 3. It aired October 7th, 2002, so EXE3 was still 2 months away from release. Another early teaser?
