I often see Chris Bachalo's art style compared to Manga. I kinda see why. There are definitely similarities in the way he draws eyes, but 1 Major difference is Chris doesn't use hard angles, like the nose or sharp chin you see in Japan. 1. Chris Bachalo is a Canadian comic illustrator, and one of the greatest X-Men artists of all time. This book contains covers, panels & sketches that Chris drew over the last 20 yrs, and it is a marvelous collection for fans who appreciate his surreal, and chaotic cartoon style.
This is a box set containing 2 art books. 1 is filled with material from the anime films, the other has character and mecha designs.
