Similar thing with these two. That Harpy was also commissioned very early on, only to be used in Ch24. But this was more intentional.

Satan wasn't high in priorities, but being the coach, he's the only one who'd reasonably have a megaphone. It was planned.

As I was writing Puyo High School AU I commissioned that Harpy very early on. So when it became time to write Ch24 I came up with the idea of Harpy getting that jacket from Peruvis for reasons you can read yourself. So when I commissioned Peruvis I integrated that jacket.
