@FuriousTH_ @BenjuKatchowee A lot of Quest characters look busy to me, but that one especially.

Some evolved non-Quest characters can get a little busy too for my tastes but that might be more subjective. I just prefer the simplicity of their lowest ranks.

I've always kinda accepted that he's just there in the series. Part of the cast, but taking a step back he looks so out of place.

His post-PP7 look looks more in place than his PP7. Might be why?
