At least that's what the retailers I went to say.
I love Ratchet & Clank games more than Puyo, but you'd get your money more worth out of PPT2. (Assuming you've never played Puyo.)

Nice dress. Don't think it suits him though.
Also with his horn, ears, and those dangling hairpieces in front of his ear remind me of a narwhal.
