So, this was further expanded upon yesterday! The mark on the '3' in the logo is actually on characters from both Keves and Agnus (Mio's neck and Sena's arm), not just the former - strengthening the thought that it's something that affects *everyone* in Aionios. https://t.co/gDBxbsLQaW
It's Torna's Third Anniversary today!
Hard to believe that 3 years have come and gone. It really doesn't feel that long! It's still every bit the phenomenal narrative that I've always thought it to be, and one half of the experience that makes up my favorite game ever.
Even though Fei can't be on official art like this, it is really nice to see Xenoblade and Xenosaga together in these pieces.
I love this franchise.
After finishing the Spice & Wolf novels, I think I can very safely say that the series ranks up there as one of my personal favourite stories.
It's such a phenomenal reading (and watching!) experience. I can't recommend it enough.
Ten years of Xenoblade...
It's difficult to believe that it's been so long. I'll never forget what we did with Rainfall - what it brought to my life afterwards.
I never could've imagined the brilliant lineage that awaited. The flame that was revived, after the loss of Xenosaga.
One thing I'm always looking forward to in new Xeno games is their protagonists.
Whether they've mainly been charming, complex, or deeply morally divisive, they're a factor that the majority handle wonderfully. Nearly every one of them rank amongst my favorite characters ever.
Continuing from before, Xenoblade 2's nations in general are so creative and imaginative.
From their histories, their styles of architecture/beliefs, the music of each city, various accents, clothing styles, and even how their Titan has influenced their lives. It's enthralling.
With Enel once again giving Xenosaga support, I feel obligated to do the same.
It's been a little over a decade since I first experienced it, but in all that time, my love for it has never faded. The Trilogy, like the rest of the Xeno Series, is absolutely worth your time.
I'd like to shine a spotlight on Xenoblade 1's environments as well, given that it stands as my 2nd favorite setting behind Alrest itself.
Just as with XC2, the majesty and creativity of Bionis/Mechonis is without end. It's very rare to find this level of uniqueness in a world.
Regardless of what Xenoblade 3 will be, if it were to resemble any aspect of a prior XC experience, I'd like it to emulate Torna's tone.
TGC built its atmosphere to be a perfect blend of charm and grim melancholy. That would be especially effective if XC3 were set on Old Earth.
