since this project is permanently stalled, here is a mockup of my #gameboy game, monster therapy! it was built in #gbstudio v2.1 beta.
the premise was to be an interactive text based game providing therapy for a series of classic monsters and cryptids!

Never posted any of these — portrait & overworld art from a very quiet project my wife and I started last winter! Really want to return to this one ☺️

bruisy color palette test, not quite getting what i want out of the colors or the illustration. I think i gotta push it bigger to get what I want. Add some more oranges.

Also made Shy Ulrich bigger! I feel like he's a wife guy. Like just a huge wife worshiping simp. Not in love with his legs yet but I like the overall silhouette.
