So yes it is Frank Quitely who drew the cover to the new M83 album. I did ask about this a while ago because bands and record labels are a bit shy about crediting sleeve artists, unless it’s Peter Blake, outside of sleeve credits.

Can I just point out you may think that’s Bono meeting a grisly end there, but it’s all in your head. The creative team have never heard of U2, let alone know what a ‘Bono’ is. Any resemblance to actual persons living or dead, is entirely coincidental.
