Witch's Hat Mushrooms only grow on old discarded wands. They leech the magic left within the wood and can be used in potions to repair magical casting tools. It's also highly speculated that they are a key ingredient to the process of making new wands.
I've decided to name the other librarian Gray since i couldn't find a name anywhere.
