I was relooking at the Dinner scene from “The Emperor’s New Groove” and the way Yzma is animated when she makes the ‘o’ sound makes for some great freeze-frames.
Since senior year (WA ‘22) is coming to an end, here’s my portrait paintings I did for Portraiture in Art Class!
I’m pretty proud with a lot of these, I even stayed after school to work on the final one.
@NoahPasternak And the stuff that Maël has recently shared on his Insta looks SO APPEALING LIKE LOOK AT THIS.
Plus, even though the animated film itself had some realism into the character animation, the art direction and concept art by Tyrus Wong was quite stylized and it blends in very well.
It’s gonna be weird to see what Disney does in their ‘remake’.
