The Russian Council of War at Drissa by A.P. Apsit. Just saw this on Facebook. I presume Barclay's the one second from left gesturing dramatically, as if to say 'What an absolutely ridiculous place to fight a battle!' Is Phull supposed to be the guy with his back turned?
The Tsar was impressed by Barclay's suggestion and recognised his talents, but for the time being opted to make peace with Napoleon at Tilsit.
@Artemisapphire @PertinaxS @LandOfHistory Wait until you hear about winged hussars, Tansy.
Better quality image here. I still have no idea what is going on.
@garius At https://t.co/HU0ofpgTFN we sell Napoleonic designs including Emperor Penguin Napoleon, the Duck of Wellington, and many other wonderful things!

@latelordchatham I would have posted this if it weren't my desire to stick to the Napoleonic era.
